First time taking my truck to anybody to work on it and i have to say this place did a fabulous job diagnosing my problem i was having . I normally run a quick scan and get my trouble codes off a scanner i bought some years ago, and then run to the auto parts store to buy the part and repair what i believe will clear the codes . But i failed in doing so. So I broke down and swallowed my pride and stopped in at Top wrench Auto repair. Being very skeptical, I sat and talked to Scott the manager and explain to him what I have actually done to my truck with the parts I threw at it.. He assured me his guys would pin point the problem . They looked it over Top to bottom scratching their heads and low and behold they sure did find what it was .. So now I have to say Thank you and God bless you guys for you in still in me that there are good mechanics out there that Care about being Honest

Travis and Scott are one of a kind, trustworthy, very knowledgeable, just genuine guys. They’ve always been there for my family when we are in a jam with our vehicles!! They are very considerate and very reasonable. They always treat us like family, and make a way to get our vehicles in and out efficiently!! I don’t usually do reviews, but these guys and crew are Excellent and well deserving of a 5 Star review. I strongly recommend Top Wrench Automotive!!

Here's an honest review from me: Topwrench provided outstanding service on a full transmission replacement for my 2007 Ford F150. After a month and putting over 1,000 miles on the new transmission, the truck runs smoothly and shifts like new. The transmission broke in very well. The pricing was fair, and the team delivered excellent service with clear communication throughout the process. I highly recommend this shop—they're capable of handling any job with professionalism and care.

I got an engine replaced in my 09 Silverado. Don't get me wrong, this place is pricy, but they're worth the price. Another shop quoted me a lot less for the engine change but they said they couldn't source a 0 mile remanned engine, only high mile used ones. Scott was able to get me a completely rebuilt, zero mile engine with a warranty, no problem. He also pointed out some frame problems with the truck frame, which, at first, I thought he was just saying to try to get more money from me, but he didn't pressure me at all into getting it fixed there and even gave me some advice on how to fix it on my own. The truck is running great but if something changes, since it just got out of the shop yesterday, I'll update my review.

Top wrench and the mechanics and management team are truly a blessing to the car maintenance Industry. Aside from regular car maintenance they have assisted me with two of my vehicles three major times since they are nearby, Work, that allowed me to not miss my 30 minute commute during the week. One was Grand marquis power steering, went out on the way to work fixed the same day. Two was tire repair and maintenance. third was my 2000 pathfinder that another shop wanted to charge me per hour to check electrical connections. The distributor was diagnosed to be the problem. Part was ordered for that vehicle and fixed and is still running over 200,000 miles. They’re definitely a step above all the rest for all your automobile needs and repairs.

These guys were awesome! I had 2 other shops tell me how bad my car was. One said it was the water pump for $2800 (I'd already paid him $1400 for check engine stuff) and the last one said I had a blown head gasket and it would cost me $12000! Yikes! I cried my eyes out! Then I found Top Wrench to get one more opinion. Man, I'm so glad I did! Scott took my car in the next morning and got back to me that afternoon! Oh, AND good old fashioned customer service, too. Scott was kind enough to take me home! The good news is that they went from front to back and found much less wrong and nothing serious!! Scott kept me informed by calling me, too. The last guy kept my car for 4 days before he ever did the diagnostic; with the guys at Top Wrench, I had my car back in 24 hours! It's been 3 weeks of smooth sailing and no "check engine" lights! Thank you Scott and all the guys at Top Wrench! I'm one grateful gal!

Fast, friendly service. Guys were able to get me into the shop quick and back on the road same day. I had 2 problems which they were able to quickly diagnose and fix. Great, friendly staff who explained everything thoroughly. Would definitely use again. As with any service, you get what you pay for. Better to pay a bit more and get the job done right the first time, by a company that is reliable and thorough. Thank you gentlemen!

Wonderful place and worth sticking to them and be their loyal customer. They provide you the best service within their availability in such professional and responsible manner. If whatever you paid them to repair causes additional regarding malfunctions(that were not present at the moment, especially with my car being a super old car), they sometimes even do the works for free, charging the minimum necessary and additional parts and works. In my case, they would waive some parts and labors on my AC works, and they did not charge me of their 9 hours labor on my engine and starter issue. The staffs are respectful and they also try to find other issues that may be coming up sooner or later about the car while working on other stuffs. They always try to explain thoroughly and with integrity what is expected from these small signs or malfunctions, so you know what you want to do with it. Even sometimes recommend not fixing it if they see it not worth the price. These guys are great, proficient, skilled, recognizes and knows how to treat their loyal customer. You def should look into them and take your car to them at least once, you'll know what I'm referring to. Thank you always - Sungbin Jang -
